Full Training Cycle – 14 week training programme

Requires a commitment of three to four, one hour sessions a week

Weekly Training Sessions

If you would like to take your training week by week I can provide, 3 sessions at a time, for you to complete as and when you have pool time.

Individual Training Sessions

Individual sessions can help you with your general fitness programme and can be provided as and when necessary
